Patrick Ritter serves northeast Iowa including Fayette, Winneshiek, Clayton, Allamakee, and Chickasaw counties. His primary areas of practice are criminal defense, probate / guardianships, family law, litigation, juvenile law and estate planning. He is a regular speaker on Elder Law topics and routinely handles cases involving parties with dementia / diminished capacity. He serves as Guardian ad Litem and consults with attorneys to assist in such cases.
